This site is reasonably specification compliant and looks great at a wide variety of browser widths and font sizes. (Try it and you'll see what I mean.) It also looks about as intended in every browser I've tried, except Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). There it is readable ("degrading gracefully" is a concept I take seriously), but it doesn't look as good or as intended. IE is also known for security holes that can cost you money. One of my friends has a 500 USD phone bill to prove it. Using anything else avoids all this. If you don't know what else to try, Firefox is good.
